Accommodation Details From the main garden gate there is a short stroll to a veranda with table and chairs for outdoor dining/breakfast. Through the large French doors is a well sized, well equipped kitchen/dining with dining table and four chairs, tiled floor, wood-burning stove, 4 ring hob with oven, extractor fan, family size fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, microwave an a coffeemaker. From the kitchen (which has views of the garden and pool) enter to a long shape hall with linen cupboard and doors to separate bedrooms. Good size Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom/w.c and wood-burning stove. Nicely furnished. Extra Bed and Cot(incl.bedding) available. French door to balcony with outstanding views of the Serra and olive orchards. From the hall there is a small sitting room with two seater settee and one armchair TV, and c.d./cassette player. A few classical cds are available for use. Another small hall with ironing board and doors to comfortably furnished Double bedroom with ensuite shower/w.c This bedroom has extensive views of Serra and garden/orchard with pool. Both bedrooms enjoy traditional varnished wooden ceilings and floors, fitted wardrobes and many original features. Securely fenced Pool 8m x 5m has 3 steps ladder at shallow end(1m). Deep end is 1.6m. It is adjoined by a large sun terrace with barbeque. There is also a covered terrace for shaded dining/reading. Securely fenced gardens offer full privacy for the house/pool use.
